Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

After processing, standard shipping usually takes 7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. ComforaX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ComforaX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us at customersupport@comforax.com and we will do our best to help.
