Refund policy

At ComforaX, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms below.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused or gently used

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, when possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items
We may not accept returns for:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@comforax.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
